Ground floor of a double-family house with a living area of 130 m2 (living room including a fireplace and a ping-pong table, as well as a direct access to the terrace; dining-room/kitchen and 2 bedrooms – one of them also has a direct access to the terrace; a bathroom and additional separate toilet) in Gdynia-Orlowo, about 1 km away from the Orlowo-beach, approx. 4 km away from the neat Redlowo-meadow-beach and about 3 km away from the Sopot-beach. A ski lift located in Sopot-Kahlberg: ca. 5 km away. Aquapark with slides, a winter outer zone and a white-water ride: ca. 3 km away. Gdynia’s downtown: ca. 4 km, Sopot’s downtown: 5 km, Gdansk: 12 km (it’s historic town: ca. 17 km). Lakes (Casubian Switzerland): starting from ca. 12 km. Train station: ca. 400m. Paintball place, Kolibki Adventure Park – ca. 1,5 km. We have also on the 1st and 2nd floor up to 3 double-rooms for 1-3 persons each.
Orlowo – Gdynia’s southern neighbourhood of stately mansions, right next to Sopot, directly located at the seaside (the bay of Gdansk), situated in the centre of the Tri-city, yet still being characterized by the features of a spa town. The beaches reach from Gdynia’s shore boulevard which is located in the city’s downtown, up to Sopot and even to the districts of Gdansk. The beaches in the bay of Puck (for example Rewa) which are situated right behind the city’s boundary, can be reached by public means of transport. There is a scenic coast park, a nature preserve, from which one has a good view on the steep cliff and Orlowo’s mole. The fashionable shopping mall “Klif”, a small golf course and stable are few hundred meters away.
